On Life-long Learning

As a young girl, my father would always tell me, “Learning never stops.” I believe that is one thing I am forever indebted to my parents for ingraining to me. As an employee I find my eagerness to learn to be useful in impressing my potential and current employers, and my thirst for knowledge personally brings me constant joy. As the saying goes “Live as if you were to die tomorrow, and learn as if you were to live forever.” Learning is worthwhile for personal development, for career development, or just for the sake of having fun while learning new things. Every time I learn something new or take on a new job I knew I have so much to learn about I feel like I am back to being a child. Happy, content, and constantly asking why and seeking answers.
